Join us to celebrate the launch of Making Waves Foundation’s newest vessel ‘The Tribe’ as we make waves in their newest Port, Brisbane.

This is an exciting time for Making Waves Foundation and for the children and youth that they serve living with disadvantage and disability in Queensland. Only 18 months ago, Making Waves Foundation began the journey to Queensland and with a lot of work from volunteers, support from sponsors and of course The Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron, Making Waves have turned the dream and planning into reality. The launch of The Tribe, their Farr 40 happened earlier this year and now we take this time to officially recognise those that have pulled together to make this happen.

Joining us on the morning are our panel of very special guests as they share their stories of how sailing from backgrounds of various abilities has
shaped their lives.
