Welcome to the RQYS Bistro

The RQYS Bistro is open to members, their guests and visitors. It pairs great food with stunning views and a front seat to a hive of sailing and boating activity. We’re open 7 days a week from 7am, offering breakfast until 11am daily, and all-day dining from 11am to 8pm. There’s of course a range of takeaway options available for our hungry sailors, and a shaded children’s playground nestled alongside the boardwalk provides secure, family-focused fun in a glorious setting.

Opening Hours - Winter

*Please note that our Winter Bistro hours will commence on Monday 18th May 2026. From that date, the RQYS Bistro will be closed every Monday and Tuesday. However, our cafe and cabinet cakes/sandwiches will remain open on these days, along with the RQYS Bar.

Liquor Licensing
Please note: the Squadron’s liquor license does not allow members or guests to bring alcohol into the licensed area, which includes the Boardwalk and the BBQ areas. Therefore, any alcohol consumed in these areas must be purchased from the RQYS Bar.
