With 26 out of a total 61 registered boats for the Brisbane to Gladstone flying the Squadron’s Burgee, RQYS had a spectacular performance.
First mention goes to the record breaking Black Jack who’s crew managed to get her across the line in a staggering 16 hours 53 minutes and 57 seconds, shattering the previous record by 3.5 hours!
Although he couldn’t be on board, Vice Commodore Barry Cuneo’s ENVY Scooters Beachball TP52 finished 3rd across the line and 2nd in IRC Overall.
It was brilliant to see so many Squadron vessels competing!
