ourThe Interclub Bay Cruise began in 1976, when the late John Hattrick, then Commodore of our own Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron, initiated an annual cruise to promote safe, family-friendly boating and camaraderie among the boating community. Nearly 50 years later, the spirit of that vision lives on.

Today, the Interclub Bay Cruise welcomes boating enthusiasts from all walks of life for a week-long adventure across Moreton Bay and the Broadwater. Open to all boat types—power or sail—the cruise is a celebration of our shared passion for the water. Each day features a variety of fun, organized activities and each evening brings everyone together on shore with meals available for purchase and great company to enjoy.

Whether participants want to join every activity or simply soak up the atmosphere, the Interclub Bay Cruise offers a welcoming, relaxed environment for all ages.
