We’re currently trialing a new newsletter software that makes it easier for us to communicate with you. This upgrade not only helps reduce our workload but also gives you the ability to update your preferences and choose the type of content you’d like to receive. You can make these updates directly at the bottom of any In The Wind newsletter.

Compatibility Information:

Please note, the following apps and devices do not support media queries and may have limited functionality:

  • Android Yahoo Mail App

  • Blackberry OS 5

  • Samsung Galaxy S3+

  • Windows Mobile 6.1

  • Windows Phone 7 and 8

Outlook Compatibility:

  • Outlook 2007-2019: These desktop versions of Outlook use Word as the rendering engine, so they may not display content as intended.

  • Outlook Office 365: There are two versions:

    • Desktop email client (works similarly to Outlook 2007-2019)

    • Web-based version (works fine with media queries)

If you are experiencing issues reading In the Wind, it is likely because you need to update your mail client to a newer version.  For Outlook users, there should be a “Try the new Outlook” toggle button in the top right of your inbox.   Or, you can login to outlook on the internet rather than using an old version of the app.

If you come across any other compatibility issues, please let us know at marketing@rqys.com.au.    We want to make sure you are enjoying your newsletter.
