Volunteer Coordinator Susie Jones has prepared an update to keep everyone in-the-loop as to what’s happening around the Squadron as we come into the New Year! This update covers Club Racing, New Training Courses and Upcoming Events.
Club Racing is still happening every Saturday afternoon (report time is 1130-1200h) and we have been having a great time learning revised mooring techniques, plus new volunteers have been engaging in rapid learning while onboard the start and course boats.
This weekend we have a lot of volunteers away for a Laser event, so we are a bit light on for people… if you can come out and play with us it would be great! We are very short of timers, in particular this Saturday, so if you feel like you would like to “Step Up” and have a go let me know, I can work with you to show you how.
What’s happening training wise? Here are some dates with the roster links below:
20th of November 2019 Race Officials Forum – RO, Jury, Umpire Information Session

If there is any training you would particularly like to undertake, tell me. I can work with small groups and show you the ropes.
