Congratulation to Arthur Gough, RQYS’s Marine Sports Award winner for 2017.
Arthur has dedicated over 10 years of volunteering to the Squadron, always putting his hand up to help out. He offers to help without being asked, for multiple days and weeks at a time. He also willingly helps out with the extra jobs such as making wind reading sticks or working bees and making sure the course laying positions are covered. Professional and dedicated, our Race Officers know they can depend on Arthur to do the right thing.
