The Myora Cup Navigation event was held on the 2nd and 3rd of March in pleasant northerly winds.  26 vessels entered, however on the day 25 crossed the starting line in either the GPS division or Traditional division covering a distance of 14.34nm. The event started near Myora Light, past Dunwich, around the southern tip of Goat Island, Horseshoe Bay, down to the Banana Banks, finishing near Blaksley anchorage. The course was challenging with multiple large course alterations, GPS had 30 check point gates and Traditional had 8 gates.

The fleet then continued to Canaipa for Commodores drinks and many vessels in the fleet rafting up for the festivities.

Members and friends made extensive use of the facilities with 76 eating the committee’s signature dinner of steak and salad, 94 indulging in a big breakfast and 107 ashore for presentations.
