It’s back!  Bigger and better than ever, the 2026 Canaipa Members Party looks set the be a day to remember this October 11th!

Bring your friends and family and celebrate with a day of fun and frivolity as we incorporate Oktoberfest into Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron.     Our exclusive island retreat at Caniapa Point, Russel Island will be converted into our version of Germany with special guests “Sneaky Schnitzel” to get the party started.    You’ll spend the day singing, dancing and enjoying a selection of German beer and food including giant pretzel, pork knuckle and of course, bratwurst sausage.

Want to go crazy?  Bring out your lederhosen and we’ll be awarding prizes for Mr and Mrs Oktoberfest 2026.  Otherwise, the pool will be open for young and old alike so bring swimmers, hats and sunscreen to enjoy your pretzel poolside.
