Direct Debit Update
Following on from our recent notifications in In the Wind regarding changes to our Direct Debit (DD) Policy we are now seeking your assistance in bringing member details up to date and in lodging a Direct Debit Authority so that we can continue to offer, those members who have not already provided this information, an account facility. We will shortly be implementing a ‘close off’ time for the continuation of account facilities for those members who have not provided these details.
Whilst DD’s are required to activate an account facility, payments can be made manually prior to the DD activation which falls on or around the 27th of each month.
