All RQYS Members are invited to join us in celebrating 30 years since the acquisition of our beautiful premises RQYS Canaipa.

The Canaipa Birthday Festival will take place on Sunday 23 May 2021 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. at RQYS Canaipa. A variety of complimentary food and drink will be available throughout the day including Beer Off The Wood and delicious burgers perpared by members, for members.

The formal commemoration and speeches will commence at 12 noon. This will include an official presentation by past and current Officers of the Squadron.

There will also be a band providing music from 12 p.m. – 3 p.m. Keep an eye out for well known member musicians!

To assist in transport to and from the venue, there will be a 150-person ferry leaving from the Squadron’s VIP Jetty at 10 a.m. with boarding commencing at 9:45 a.m. At the conclusion of festivities at 3 p.m. the passenger ferry will depart Canaipa to return to RQYS.

Spaces on the ferry are $15 per person and are extremely limited. Bookings are essential, contact Fergus to book.
