The RQ Youth Squad is a development program consisting of young sailors with expertise in various boat classes. This squad brings together diverse fleets, forming a cohesive team. Led by dedicated coaches, the RQ Youth Squad conducts regular group training sessions during school terms, guiding members towards competitive success at state, national, and even world levels. The program seamlessly integrates with Club Racing, offering ample opportunities for students to engage as part of the club. The squad operates year-round and includes a specialized Green Fleet for beginners starting their racing journey.
