Celebrate LOVE at the RQYS. 

Enjoy a four-course degustation dinner this Valentine’s Day designed by our new Head Chef Jade Brazendale in the Members Lounge.

Featuring beautiful local petite beetroot, whipped goat curd & balsamic reduction as the first course. Second course will be locally sourced and Tasmanian seafood tasting plate, main course will feature char grilled eye fillet of beef, and we will finish with a sensational dark chocolate & Hennessy delice with raspberry sorbet.

Enjoy the meal with a glass on Australian Sparkling on arrival and add an optional wine pairing to each delicious course!
