Dear Members

Join the RQYS Board for an important evening, to launch the 2025-2027 Strategic Plan for our squadron.   The Strategic Plan has been formulated over many months and in collaboration with all stakeholders, to ensure we remain responsive to the changing needs of our members in the medium term.

Outlined in the information session will be the five pillars of our strategy, as well as detail of how each will be achieved and success measured.  The pillars include:

1. Member Engagement

2. Training, Education and Competition

3. Towards Marina Excellence

4. Revenue Innovation

5. A Master Plan for RQYS

The information evening provides a platform to provide an update to members on the progress of our “baseline” Master Plan for the entire RQYS precinct, with a view to a completed plan by 2027.   

Finally, we look forward to sharing the results and analysis of our 2025 Member Survey.  These surveys are a vital tool for the squadron to measure sentiment and identify areas for improvements.
