Backyard BBQ

Enjoy all your Aussie bbq favourites – cooked to perfection! We will spike the wooden keg on the day, have infused gin with some Australian native lemon myrtle for a ripper cocktail and will also have some fine wines pouring. On the BBQ will be 14-hour slow braised lamb ribs w/ a mint lemon mustard crust & finished on the grill and some beautiful large King prawn skewers w/ brown butter & lemon thyme. Served on the side will be classic creamy potato salad, house coleslaw & crusty bread rolls to go with each dish. Members $26.00 per plate!
