Our dedicated Volunteers show exceptionalism in difficult conditions
On behalf of the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron we would like to thank the dedicated team of volunteers for their time, effort and expertise during the Musto Queensland Youth Week and Sail Brisbane regattas.

The 2017 winter weather proved to be equally challenging as last year. Unwavering in the light conditions and early morning starts, our RQYS Volunteer Team once again – as always – exhibited infallible proficiency, professionalism and expertise in all areas of this year’s race management.

It then comes as no surprise that we have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from coaches, parents and competitors about not only our events, but the Volunteers who ran them.

We hope you enjoyed making this year’s regatta exceptional, you’re undoubtedly an integral component to the Squadron’s regatta delivery as without your support the Squadron would not be able to run these events as well as we do. We look forward to your support on the many events to come!
