TRAVELIFT
Standard lifts (out of water, rack up, return to water using 2 slings)
Marina berth owners $7.92 per foot l.o.a.
Non berth owners $9.56 per foot l.o.a.
Visitors $14.34 per foot l.o.a.

Non Standard lifts (off transporter, setting up on keel, survey, inspections etc) - Minimum charge 1 hour
Marina berth owners $140.00 per hour
Non berth owners $175.00 per hour
Visitors $220.00 per hour
Extra slings $30.00 per sling

SERVICE AREA
All work done to comply with Environmental Licence conditions, and in accordance with Workplace Health & Safety Act & Regulations charge includes electricity, water, frames and acrow props necessary to support vessel. Does not include ladders, trestles, planks, water hoses or electrical power leads. Cleaning charge of $55.00/hr (min. charge $25.00) if work area not left in clean and tidy condition.
First 14 days 98 cents per foot per day
First 14 days - visitors $1.47 per foot per day
Days 15 to 28 inclusive $1.41 per foot per day
Days 15 to 28 inclusive-visitors $2.12 per foot per day
After 28 days $1.78 per foot per day
Visitors $2.67 per foot per day

Multihull service area
First 14 days $1.41 per foot per day
First 14 days – visitors $2.12 per foot per day
Days 15 to 28 inclusive $2.06 per foot per day

ENVIRONMENTAL LEVY
Any work done within the service area involving an environmentally relevant activity e.g. sanding, grinding, scraping, spray painting, degreasing etc. $50.00 per slipping

Sandblasting $220.00 per slipping
Visitors $275.00 per slipping

PRESSURE WASHER
Rates include operator $1.80 per foot l.o.a.

WORKBOAT ‘MARINA 1′/TRACTOR
Including driver $70.00 per hour

EQUIPMENT USAGE CHARGE (Crane, A Frame Lifter)
Safe working load 2.3 tonnes. Owner of vessel to operate, after tuition, if necessary.
Regular users (E22’s etc) $225.00 per annum
Casual use $30.00 per operation
Visitors $45.00 per operation
Winch Members $40.00 per operation
Visitors $70.00 per operation

LIVEABOARD LEVY
Note - To comply with Port of Brisbane Corporation Regulations persons living aboard must Register with the marina office, and
execute a Code of Behaviour document. Other conditions also apply.

Liveaboard charge $25.00 per vessel per week,
or $90.00 per vessel per month
Liveaboard charge - Visitors $35.00 per vessel per week, or $135.00 per vessel per month

SQUADRON HARDSTAND STORAGE –
Hardstand agreement must be executed before storage facility is allocated.

Etchells Hardstand Storage $1,200.00
Visitors - weekly rate $100.00

Basic Hardstand for trailer boats up to 24 feet and on a Single or dual axle trailer with a gross weight of less
than 2 tonnes $2,160.00 p.a.
Visitors – weekly rate $150.00/wk

Hardstand rate for boat on dual or triaxle trailer with a gross Weight in excess of 2 tonnes OR a beam wider than the legal
trailerable width of 8ft 2 inches $3,100.00 p.a

Multihulls (0ther than legal road trailerable) $4,400.00 p.a.

DINGHY STORAGE (All dinghies must be clearly identifiable)
