A large high situated to the west of Tasmania will move slowly eastwards into
the Tasman Sea over the next few days, maintaining a strong ridge along the
Queensland east coast.

FORECAST FOR MORETON BAY A strong wind warning is current.
Friday until midnight: Wind: S/SE 25/30 knots. Sea: 1.5 metres. Scattered
squally showers.
Saturday: Wind: SE 20/30 knots. Sea: 1.5 metres. Isolated to scattered squally
showers.
Sunday: Wind: SE 20/25 knots.
Monday: Wind: SE 15/20 knots.
