Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron is one of Australia’s premier yacht clubs overlooking the Manly Boat Harbour, and we are proud of our long history stretching back over 130 years. To this day, RQYS is “the Place” for people to meet, compete and socialise. Time has moved on and the Squadron’s buildings have grown to include a stunning addition, so now we are known for so much more than just great sailing regattas with our newly opened Conference and Events Centre. The Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron is a superb venue for both intimate and grand scale events. Flags Function Room on the top floor of the clubhouse has a large patio where guests can mingle with drinks and hors d’ouevres as the sun sets over the harbour.
We offer extensive menus for cocktail parties right through to lavish dinners and our chef is more than happy to tailor a menu to your specific tastes and budget.
